If you would like to return an item purchased from our online shop, you have to do so
You have 14 days from the date you received the goods (except for watches) to return your order. Please note that the items must be received by us within this period.

Please note! Unprotected watches may only be tried on, but not worn. Wearing the watch leads to a loss of value for which the consumer must pay compensation.

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. This does not apply to watches from one
Value of over 2,000 CHF

Please note that even the smallest marks or scratches
must pay compensation for watches in the event of a return. We therefore strongly recommend that you do not remove the vacuum or other seals!
